"Donate IT" Project
Give one small device, make a big difference!
Having noticed the pressing need for laptops, tablets and smartphones volunteers have to do their work every day, CAMPFIRE has launched an initiative to collect needs from teams and match them to donations of devices.
If you have great organisational skills, have worked in IT before or previously volunteered in the refugee crisis, you could be part of the team!
To move forward, this project needs 1-2 dedicated volunteers that will:
- assess the teams requesting equipment
- pursue potential donors (individuals or companies) willing to donate equipment
- create informational material about the project & maintain a database for the project
Right now, we already have some donors interested and a list of teams asking for our support. All that is needed, is a strong admin to get the ball rolling.
Part of the work can be done remotely/from home.
Driver's license in Greece necessary.
