"The gap in Farsi, Urdu and French interpretation at the hospital in Mytilene persists."

There are significant Afghan and Pakistani populations, as well as a French-speaking African population, on the island. Farsi-Greek, Urdu-Greek and French-Greek interpreting would probably be ideal, but Farsi-English, Urdu-English and French-English could also be helpful.
