Volunteer Coordinator Wanted!

Movement on the Ground is looking for a long term volunteer coordinator to support our team on Lesvos.

Tasks:
-Create volunteer daily schedules and tasks
-volunteer team weekly orientation and guidance in protocols
-communication with our home office regarding volunteers arriving
-be the contact point for our volunteers on site
-Oversees inventory of supplies and activity materials on camp
-works in cooperation with our project managers to implement new programs
-manages volunteer housing
-work shifts with the volunteer team on Kara Tepe

Profile:
-Minimum age 25
-availability for a minimum of 6 weeks
-Previous volunteer experience within the current crisis
-Experience in foreign countries, working with various cultures
-Leadership skills and experience
-Strong social and communication skills
-Organizational/scheduling skills
-flexible and independent personality
-driving license
-quick thinking/problem solving abilities
-English speaking and writing (arabic/farsi/greek a plus)
-team player and team builder
