Kitrinos Healthcare Clinical Manager and Clinical Coordinator
In this paid role you will be responsible for helping our ground team manage and run clinical services and coordinating the volunteers on the ground.
Most of the refugees trapped in Greece have either lost family through the atrocious war in their countries or been separated from them through the ongoing dire political boundaries. This means that nearly 60 000 people remain trapped in camps in Greece. Our team’s medical services therefore continue to be needed for the foreseeable future, as we continue to provide care for several camps.
The Kitrinos "care-a-van" project provides mobile and static healthcare services to refugees in the Northern Greece area. The Kitrinos Healthcare team has been in Greece since October 2015. We have been approved by the Greek Ministry of Health and Migration to care for refugees in three camps in Eastern Region of Thessaloniki. The team has well-equipped ambulances and access to static clinic facilities based in camp Elpida. The team provides primary healthcare including the following:
Works with the ground Operations Manager (OM) and reports directly to the Medical Director to help provide leadership for the operation in Greece in all camps where Kitrinos Healthcare (KH) is a recognised medical provider.

We can offer a reasonable stipend (starting from 800-1000EU per month based on experience), subsidised accommodation in our volunteer apartment in Paleokastro and if you stay longer than two weeks you may stay free of charge. You will also have use of one of our team cars.
